Emergency Food Distribution Network
Catholic Charities created the Emergency Food Distribution Network to distribute food to those in need in a safe, effective, and reliable manner that complies with COVID-19 social distancing requirements.
Individuals and families who need food assistance can request for food assistance by clicking the Click Here To Request Food button below or call 619.323.2841 option 2 to request food.
After an order in placed someone from Catholic Charities will be contacting the individual who requested the food to confirm their information, when, where, and at what time food will be available for either pick-up or ready for delivery from our partner parish distribution sites.
To further one of Catholic Charities’ core values written in our mission, Matthew, Chapter 25:35 “For I was hungry and you gave me food,” Catholic Charities team is working diligently and will do our best to secure enough supply of food items to feed every hungry individual and family requesting food during the current COVID-19 related crisis. However, food supply is dependent on our partners’ ability to secure the food from their food sources.
