Our Vision: Every individual and family has the potential to live full and meaningful lives, and with support, education, and encouragement this potential can flourish.

Our Mission: To provide affordable counseling to address the mental and behavioral health needs of individuals and families, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults for individuals (adults and children), couples, and families.


Programs

Counseling:

Professional counseling and support services is available for individuals, (adults and children), couples, and families. Counseling is provided by appointment at 233 “A” Street, San Diego.

Services:

  • Individual, Couples, or Family or Group Counseling Sessions

  • Fee: Sliding Scale based upon household income and number of individuals in household

  • Assistance with family or marital conflict, domestic violence, depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related issues, relationship problems, stage of life adjustments, parenting skills

  • Psychological and Psycho-educational Testing

  • All Counseling is strictly Confidential

  • Spanish-speaking counselors available

  • California State Licensed Psychology Clinic

  • CAPIC Approved Graduate Training Site for Psychology Interns and MFT Trainees

School Program

Graduate interns provide several hours of counseling each week to local Catholic or charter schools.
