By meeting people where they are, we strengthen community connections, build trust, and ensure that help is within reach when it is needed most.

Our Mobile Services arrive with the requested resources. If the van isn’t needed, we’ll set up an information table or resource fair.
WE FOLLOW UP
We provide services on-site and collect data to track impact and ensure continued support.

Catholic Charities Mobile Services brings resources, education, and support directly to communities through mobile outreach and trusted partnerships.
Through events, workshops, referrals, and follow-up support, the program connects individuals and families to essential resources closer to where they live
